The modern French menu at the two-Michelin starred Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons has been described as 'a twist of imaginative genius' and the cuisine is undoubtedly the focus of every guest's visit. Gary Jones, a Blanc protege and Michelin starred chef himself, rejoined forces with Raymond as Executive Head Chef in August 1999.
The two-acre kitchen garden produces 90 types of vegetable and over 70 varieties of herb, which are used in Le Manoir's kitchen. Monsieur Blanc has been a champion of the organic movement for the last 20 years.
The Milton Room
Le Manoir is a house which loves celebration and resonates to the sounds of laughter and enjoyment. An event at Le Manoir is a unique experience and one to remember. Raymond Blanc has created a haven where food, comfort and service, combined with attention to detail, provide an environment that is warm, friendly and informal.
The Milton Room can host a private party, a corporate event or a wedding for between 15 and 50 guests for Lunch or Dinner, with its own private reception room and secluded garden. A place for all seasons, your guests can enjoy drinks on the patio and croquet on the lawn during the summer months or the glow of an open fire for a warm welcome during the winter months.
Designed by Emily Todhunter, the Milton Room reflects Le Manoir's themes: vitality, romance, style and elegance.
