Baroque and opulent in style the bar is central to the life of the House. Upon entering BBB through its large Louis XVI imposing doors you are instantly transported into a world where time stands still. Large fireplaces dominate the main Room in styles drawn from the palaces of Versailles and the cathedrals of Spain. Statuary, Columns, Marble busts of Emperors, Urns and Topiary trees bring the classical gardens of Europe into the internal landscape of the interior heightening the sense of drama and visual appeal that Bbb is so famous for. Whether having an intimate cocktail for 2 before dinner or a 17 century themed ball for 250 the bar never fails to impress the uninitiated.
Following in the Baroque, Rococo and Gaudiesque tradition the Restaurant comprises of various rooms all interconnected by walkways, tunnels, bridges and staircases with names like The Chapel, Crypt and Scullery Gallery and garden aptly describing each space. Visual motifs such as columns and fireplaces in both the Gaudiesque and colossal style continue the awe inspiring theme found in the bar.
