Our venue finding service is provided free of charge to clients who confirm events with us.

Sound makes, or breaks, any event. From the simplest PA system for announcements to the backline for a top band, without a quality sound system your event will be a quiet affair.

Our in house team together with strategic partners have many years experience of providing sound systems for meetings and conferences all the way to arena events and concerts.
 

production services

Our technicians are fully trained professionals, who are drawn from every area of the live events industry. From stage set builders, to lighting designer/programmers, to data/video and sound technicians we have one of the most dedicated teams within the UK. Technicians can be hired individually or collectively to provide an excellent support team for your Conference, Presentation, Seminar, or Awards event, etc.
 

video and media production

Within our partners' in house studios we are able to offer the following services that can be fully integrated into the overall production of an event or used on a stand alone basis.

Event Managementment is one of HBD Live's key competences. Our event managers are experienced in events from 10 to 10,000 delegates.

HBD Live views lighting as of paramount importance when staging any event. As a result our specialist technicians view lighting in three specific categories, all of which combine together to create the overall atmosphere for your event.

themeing and draping

Themeing can make or break a party or event. Whether you are looking for a subtle reminder of the reasons for the event or want your guests to think they are in Las Vegas or Morocco, we are able to style your event to suit.
 
And of course your theme doesn't stop at a few props - actors can circulate giving a certain amount of style, and catering can be designed to suit the occasion.
 

set design and build

Together with our partners, our design and construction teams ensure that we can deliver stage sets to suit most budget requirements. The sets are designed on a 3D CAD platform, enabling our clients to visualise the overall set-up of the venue, including seating arrangements and lighting plans.
 

delegate management

Managing Expectations or creating a sense of anticipation – effective, precise and brand driven communication will enhance the experiences of any event.
 
Our Delegate Support Team are responsible for communication with guests, providing detailed information about events (including processing of invitations, teasers and emails) right through to fulfilment of final itineraries and travel details.
