The Vivid Event Group was established in 2001 and has always been committed to creating and delivering high impact, innovative brand experiences, live events and hospitality that engage, inspire and motivate, encouraging brand awareness, advocacy, interaction and loyalty. Senior Management Team

Charlie Hepburn - Managing Director
Charlie has over 20 years of experience within the live event industry on both the agency and client sides. Having cut his teeth with an International oil company and then with an renowned production company before founding the Vivid Event Group, Charlie is able to the bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and logic to delivering brand experiences.

Simon Benson – Director
Simon has worked with the Vivid Event Group since 2004 and heads up the traditional/bespoke hospitality, luxury travel and reward and incentive sides of the business. He has a depth of knowledge that is quite incredible, if there is a hospitality occasion, worldwide location or activity worth knowing about he is the guru.

Terry Graves – Creative Director
Terry has had a career in brand development and engagement spanning over 30 years. Previously, Terry ran his own business which was voted in the top 40 agencies in the UK and worked with clients such as 3M (launched Post-it Notes), L’Oreal, American Express and Johnson & Johnson to name but a few. Terry has seen it all and his experience, coupled with his creative ability, ensures that client’s requirements are always interpreted and fulfilled in different and novel ways.

Rachel Hepburn – Marketing Director
Having worked as Head of Marketing for one of the brands within Europe’s leading travel company Rachel’s skills were instantly transferable. Rachel’s previous responsibilities integrated a variety of branding disciplines including TV, outdoor, press and radio, B2B trade advertising and promotions, as well as live events and hospitality in both the UK and overseas. This means she has an exceptional ability to interpret clients’ requirements and ensure that suitable high impact solutions are created and delivered, whilst also developing the Vivid Event Group brand.

Martin O’Nana – Sales Director
Martin has recently joined the team. With a background in finance and having worked for a number of well know City organisations as a trader and then as a senior consultant he understands the importance of developing relationships in order to understand ‘what makes people tick’.
